Why Partner with Hallie Hill?
Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides a safe haven for animals without a home or shelter. We prepare dogs and cats for adoption through respite, rehabilitation, and socialization, giving them the best chance at a second chance.
Hallie Hill provides a loving forever home with proper shelter, nutrition, and medical care for animals whose chances of adoption are reduced due to age, medical, or behavioral issues. We can’t change an animal’s past, but we can rewrite their future.
By partnering with Hallie Hill, you’re helping Charleston continue its progress toward becoming a No-Kill Community. We work closely with local shelters and rescues to welcome animals that might otherwise be overlooked, giving them the care, time, and compassion they deserve.
What Makes Hallie Hill Unique?
Once an animal enters Hallie Hill, it has a home for life, whether it’s adopted or remains with us as a permanent resident.
Our campus spans over 30 acres of rolling countryside designed for comfort and enrichment:
- Spacious outdoor enclosures where dogs can live, run, and play
- A cattery with seven screened-in “catios” for safe indoor-outdoor living
- A pond for swimming and cooling off
- Cozy dog houses equipped with straw, bedding, heat lamps, and individual pools
- An indoor facility for older or medically vulnerable animals
We’re proud to house The Hub, our on-site medical facility, where our veterinarian, staff, and volunteers provide routine and specialized care. The Hub also hosts a monthly low-cost spay/neuter and wellness clinic, offering affordable services to our surrounding community.
