We were fortunate enough to have expanded our local presence with the opening of our new Charleston location in Summerville on April 1, 2025, allowing us to better serve the growing Lowcountry community. We’re a small mortgage brokerage founded by Gracen Watts, who was tired of big corporate mortgage companies losing sight of what matters most—the customer. At one point in her career, she decided that if one more boss (yes, another man) told her how to do her job, she was going to completely lose it. So instead of going off the rails, she went out on her own.
As a mortgage broker, we connect each client with the loan that’s the best fit for their unique situation. With access to 27 lenders, we shop every loan extensively. For some clients, it’s all about getting the lowest interest rate, and we’re happy to make that happen. Others may be self-employed, have difficulty qualifying with tax returns, or even have little to no traditional income. Whatever the circumstances, we either find the right mortgage solution or create a plan to help them achieve homeownership when the time is right. Above all, we treat every client like they’re our only client.
