Mason Prep First Graders Visit Hallie Hill

On May 4th and 11th, the talented first grade students from Mason Prep visited Hallie Hill to read to the dogs and cats! They had a fun mornings learning about how to approach animals that they did not know, reading to the animals and taking a hayride around the property! Thanks to the students and parents for coming out to see us! The students (and teachers) are working on some more surprises for all of us at Hallie Hill, so stay tuned! See you again soon!

Mouse

Mouse is an all around awesome gal! She is just 3 years old and needs a loving family! She loves to play with rope toys, and is a great size. She would love to pounce around the yard with you, and then curl right up on the couch for a good movie. Please complete an application to adopt Mouse – she can’t wait to meet you!

Sox

Sox (we now call her Sophie – fits her better!) is sweet, healthy and so loving! At only 3 years old, she has a playful and youthful spirit! Sophie is a bit fearful of loud noises and anxious in new places. She will stay in places she is comfortable in your home, like next to you cuddling, staring at you lovingly from the foot of the bed or right by your side on a walk. She gets along with cats, too! . Mango

Mango is just as sweet as he is handsome! There is just something so special about those gingers! At only 5 years old, he gets along great with other cats, and loves attention from people! We often find him in the nearest sunbeam, he would love to fill the sunny spots in your home! Please fill out an application to adopt Mango on, and get ready to fall in love!

Blue

Blue is a sweet, young girl (less than a year old) who just wants all the attention! She is working on not jumping up for attention, and would do best with a fenced in yard and a family that will spend lots of active playtime with her! Blue gets along with other dogs, and will make a wonderful companion. To adopt Blue, please submit an application.

Hallie Hill’s Canine Cabin or Cat Condo sponsorship program provides a great opportunity for individuals, families, private organizations, and businesses to directly support the animals we care for daily. Sponsorship contributions will help ensure that each animal housed at Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary has a comfortable home while they are with us.

June Volunteer Spotlight: Christie Williams

Christie is a volunteer that you can count on to do whatever needs to be done! She represents Hallie Hill expertly at community events, helps out at the Sanctuary when we have visitors, does dog enrichment and even puts her computer skills to work maintaining our adoption page on the website and updating our databases! Her smile and can-do attitude make working with Christie a joy! We are lucky to have her at Hallie Hill and appreciate her so much! Thank you Christie!
